🛒 General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions govern sales concluded on the website clubbeno.com between Club Beno and any buyer (the "Customer").

2. Orders
Any order constitutes acceptance of these GTCS. Club Beno reserves the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT). Club Beno reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.

5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are given for indicative purposes only.

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing justification.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns must be sent to: 16 Rue de Marolles, 94470 Boissy-Saint-Léger, France. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return.

8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the defendant's place of residence. For disputes between professionals, the competent courts shall be those of [Boissy-Saint-Léger].

9. Applicable Law
These GTCS are governed by French law.
